Your post shows you are using the Premier online edition at $69. The state program is an additional $39.
There are no e-file fees when using the TurboTax online editions, federal or state.
See this TurboTax support FAQ for checking your fees - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/charges-and-fees/help/how-do-i-review-my-fees-in-turbotax-online/0...

If you have not paid for the online edition you are using, have not filed your tax return or registered the Free edition, then you can clear your return and start over with a lower priced edition. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen while working on the 2020 online tax return. Click on Clear & Start Over.
If you purchased the TurboTax Deluxe desktop CD/Download edition you should have installed that software on your personal computer and started the 2021 return using the TurboTax installed software. There is no reason to use the online editions.
You can download the tax data file from the online edition and then open the data file with the TurboTax 2021 software on your computer.
See this TurboTax support FAQ for saving your tax data file - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/saving/help/how-do-i-save-my-turbotax-online-return-as-a-tax-data-...
Also note - if you use the software on your computer there is a state e-file fee that is currently $20. This charge can be avoided by printing and mailing the state return. You get 5 free federal e-files with the desktop software.
