Not sure why you would have entered anything on an OR return about a 1095A. A 1095A for marketplace insurance is entered on a federal return. If you had health insurance through healthcare.gov then you need to enter a 1095A . If you did not have that kind of insurance, and answered incorrectly when you were asked about it in the federal program, then you need to remove the form.
Try deleting the 1095A:

DMark1's response is here. If you do not have a Form 1095-A, then you need to delete 1095-A from your return and also delete Form 8962. Then re-submit your return. You do not enter 1095-B on your tax return.
When TurboTax asks you if you have a Form 1095-A - you need to answer NO. 1095-A and 1095-B are not interchangeable. The 1095-B is not Obamacare and does not get entered on your tax return, keep that form with your records, but don't enter it. Only Obamacare forms (1095-A) get entered on the federal return.
