Get your taxes done using TurboTax
DMark1's response is here. If you do not have a Form 1095-A, then you need to delete 1095-A from your return and also delete Form 8962. Then re-submit your return. You do not enter 1095-B on your tax return.
When TurboTax asks you if you have a Form 1095-A - you need to answer NO. 1095-A and 1095-B are not interchangeable. The 1095-B is not Obamacare and does not get entered on your tax return, keep that form with your records, but don't enter it. Only Obamacare forms (1095-A) get entered on the federal return.
