I am worried that you didn’t file my taxes as I was paying by credit card and I haven’t seen the taxes deducted from my credit card yet?

Did turbo tax file my taxes as I did pay the fees for the service?

Payment of your TurboTax fees did not file your tax return.   Did you go all the way through the FILE section and click a big orange button that said "Transmit my returns now?"  If you did not do that, you did not e-file.  After clicking that button you have have watch your emails.

Did you e-file?  Did you click a big orange button that said “Transmit my returns now?”

When you e-file your federal return you will receive two emails from TurboTax.  The first one will say that your return was submitted.  The second email will tell you if your federal return was accepted or rejected.  If you e-filed a state return, there will be a third email to tell you if the state accepted or rejected your state return.

First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:

Paying the TurboTax account fees does not file your tax return.

You complete your tax return by finishing all 3 Steps in the File section. In Step 3, to e-file your tax return, you must click on the large Orange button labeled "Transmit my returns now".

After completing the File section and e-filing your tax return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first email when your tax return was transmitted and the second email when the tax return has either been accepted or rejected.

Did you do this?

Sign onto your TurboTax online account and on the Tax Home web page the status of the tax return will be displayed - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

If the status is anything other than Accepted, the tax return was not e-filed.

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.

This will take you back to the 2019 online tax return.  Click on File on the left side of the online program screen.  Complete All 3 steps in the File section.  On Step 3 select E-file

TurboTax does not, can not, and will not file a tax return by any means for anyone under any circumstances. There are no exceptions. Only you can file your tax return by clicking that big orange FILE MY RETURNS NOW button which is presented after you pay your online TurboTax fees, or elect the option to pay your TurboTax fees out of your refund, if you qualify for that.
