Generally, the federal estimated tax payment due dates for Form 1040-ES for 2021 are:

4/15/2021, 

6/15/2021, 

9/15/2021, and 

1/18/2022

The federal estimated payment due dates for 2020 were:

04/15/2020,

06/15/2020, 

09/15/2020,

01/15/2021

The dates that the state estimated payment due dates will depend on the state.

If you create 1040-ES estimated tax payments for 2021, the payment due dates will display on the coupon vouchers.
