In California, if you choose to pay any TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund, that service is bundled with Premium Services for 39.99.

You can remove the Premium Services prior to filing, and then choose to pay the TurboTax fees upfront using a credit card, debit card, or a prepaid debit card.

Whay do you have a badge program which benefits nothing? It is an irritant and makes me believe you are wasting funds paying for such B.S. but charge me fraudulently when your advertising says free state filing.
