I am trying to e-file my Federal and State tax and when I enter the billing information the screen does not go to the payment information. I need help. Is anyone there?

Solved this problem! Go to settings for your display and size down to 100% or lower. I was at 150% and couldn’t get to the continue button but at 100% I could do it. Just transmitted returns.

If you are using TurboTax Online, you may want to try a different browser or try clearing out your browser's cache and cookies. Please see How do I delete cookies? and How to clear your cache for more information.

Try disabling your main internet browsers pop up blocker before getting to the payment page.

It does not work.  I want to pay with my credit card and I can't even get past the first screen.  Is this because you raised the fee?

Sounds like your computer may be experiencing a loop.  Let's clear your cookies, and history and reboot.

Cookies are small files that temporarily store data on your computer. We use them to personalize your experience so you see information you already entered and not items that are irrelevant or repetitive.

On rare occasions, they may make your browser think you already did something that you still need to do. To fix that, you'll need to delete (clear) the cookies from your browser.

Each browser has a slightly different method for deleting cookies. Choose the browser you're using:

• Safari for iOS (mobile devices)
