I am ready to file my tax return, but while reviewing my forms I noticed 4 vouchers. Is Turbotax setting my payments in 4 installments? I selected to pay from checking

Those are probably estimated payment vouchers (1040-ES). TurboTax will generate them for next year's (2020) taxes in certain cases, like if you didn't pay enough tax this year or you're self-employed. Those have nothing to do with anything you owe for 2019. You can toss them if you don't pay estimated tax. This article explains more:
