I am ready to efile but there is no option to pay with a credit card?? Happy to pay via 3rd-party IRS

You should be prompted if not you can revisit the File section. Please see this TurboTax FAQ for more information: Can I pay my IRS taxes with a credit or debit card?

If you continue to have an issue you can choose to mail your payment, then make a payment by credit card on the IRS website: Pay Your Taxes by Debit or Credit Card
