When you’re inputting the amount(s) from your Letter(s) 6419, if the cents are causing a rounding error, round the numbers you enter off so that the total in TurboTax matches your total received.

you can't, the IRS database only takes whole dollars. https://www.irs.gov/pub/lanoa/pmta_2012-11.pdf
JohnW152 has provided a workable answer.
It would be better if TurboTax developers resolved this issue in their form and allowed for cents. While the IRS does round to the nearest dollar in most cases, they are asking for the aggregate amount for the form in this case. TurboTax does not need to round the inputs for this page and should only round the aggregate result.
Since TurboTax repeated instructions issued by the IRS and on their forms/schedules that the entry had to be exact, this was particularly frustrating.
