Yes - there is a difference between the injured spouse and innocent spouse forms - injured spouse, reported on Form 8379, Injured Spouse Allocation, lets the "injured spouse" get back his or her portion of a jointly-filed refund, if it's seized or offset to pay the spouse's debt.
Innocent spouse, Form 8857, Request for Innocent Spouse Relief, is filed by taxpayers to request relief from tax liability, plus related penalties and interest, when they believe only their spouse or former spouse should be held responsible for all or part of the tax.
