I am having trouble installing turbotax premier 2020?

I get an error that says "input/output"?

I have installed turbo tax but I can not move out of first return and clear.  So that I can work on second return.  Last year I prepared 3 returns plus my joint return.  This year I want to complete 2 family members plus our  joint return.

You can opt to purchase a TurboTax download product. The below product guide has a brief explanation of the different download products available. Select the product that fits your tax situation and click the link provided and it will direct you to the website to purchase and download your TurboTax product.
