Cents is not entered for the 2015 AGI. Only whole numbers. Round up if 50 cents or more. Round down if 49 cents or less.

It got rejected when I rounded down from .12 cents...

I am having the same issue. I've tried rounding up, rejected, rounding down, rejected, I know I am typing in the right amount
