The issue has been reported to our investigation team. Per our updates:
A Moderator has responded to me that the problem with Acorns importing has been submitted to the TT investigations team. This being a weekend and all, and the possibility that the right Acorns personnel also may not be available on a weekend, it may take a couple days to hear something definitive. You may just want to wait until TurboTax knows what is going on with the process.For more information, click here: Acron's import issues
At the meantime, you can manually enter the information. For example, if its a Form 1099-DIV, here are the steps:
- Sign in to your TurboTax account and select Pick up where you left off
- At the right upper corner, in the search box, type in "1099div" and Enter
- Select Jump to 1099div
- Follow prompts
Use the same instructions for 1099int or 1099b
