Yes, you need to enter your mother's form 1095-A on your income tax return. The form 1095-A is used by marketplace to report individuals insurance coverage which provides information about insurance policy, premiums, he cost of the insurance , and any advance payment of premium tax credit.

When I enter the 1095-A on my taxes, it takes the amount of his form away from my tax refund when he was the one paying for his Marketplace insurance.  When I try to enter this information on his return, it prompts me for the "Recipient's SSN", but it does not have a place for that on my taxes, so TurboTax thinks the 1095-A is for me, but I have corporate insurance through my work.  So how do I get this fixed?

Who is he?  A dependent?  Your spouse?

If you are claiming someone as a dependent or CAN claim someone as a dependent, then the 1095-A goes on your return.  The Premium Tax Credit will then be based off of your income.  If your income is over 400% of the federal poverty level

If this is your spouse, then the credit will still be based on your household income.  If you file jointly and are not eligible for the credit, then you will pay it back on the joint return.  If you file separately, he will end up paying it back because the credit is not available for those filing as married filing separate.
