Can you please clarify what your question is?  

It sounds like you maybe renting a room out to your dad and want to know how to report this income.

If it does meet the IRS guidelines, you will be able to report rental income in the federal section of the program as follows:

1. Select Income & expenses 
2. Scroll down to see All Income and select Rentals, Royalties, and Farm
3. Select Rental Properties and Royalties (Sch E) 
4. Select Add Another Rental or Royalty property as prompted.
5. Proceed to enter your information as prompted.
