I am 16 and filing. the blue register button does not work. I qualify for free turbo tax. Can anyone help?

Any luck, same situation for me.

Try clearing cache and cookies or a different browser.

No luck with clearing cookies and cache. I even disabled security. Why do i have to register when I filed with Turbotax last year?

I am having the same issue with my return. I can not proceed to file because the register button does not work. HELP!!!!
