I already paid taxes on self-employment amount made in 2020 so do I enter 0 in line 18 if I do not want to defer any of the self-employment tax?

Yes.  Line 18 is actually asking for the amount of your self-employment profit that was earned from March 27, 2020 through December 31, 2020.  By entering zero on that line, you are stating that none of your profit is eligible to be deferred and you will accomplish your goal of not deferring the self-employment tax.

Hi Annette, I ended up entering $2000 (which is what I made), and now I cannot find it again. Where do I find this line 18 again in turbotax and change it to 0?

The entry for deferring self-employment tax can be found in the Deductions and Credits section of your return.

Go to Deductions and Credits > Tax Relief Related to Covid-19 > Self-employment Tax Deferral to revisit your entry.

Be aware that if you are receiving a refund for your Federal return, then you will see a message on the screen saying you do not qualify to defer the self-employment tax.  If this is the case, even though you have entered a number previously, there is nothing being calculated as part of your return due to your entry.
