My 2022 self employment info was automatically filled in from 2021. I was playing around so see if i'd get a better refund so I deleted the self employment document. Who do I get it back or make it automatically fill for 2022?

You can 'Clear and Start Over' then transfer your 2021 return again to get your Self Employment data back.
you say document not form. if you deleted a document like a 1099 you would have to re-enter it - no way to get it back but if was imported you should be able to go back and re-import it. it is much more serious if you deleted a tax form or schedule - it's gone and all the details that were included. that means entering everything that was transferred manually or deleting the return and starting over from scratch.
