How to undo bank's TurboTax offer?

TurboTax seems to permanently save my bank's TurboTax offer. It's cheaper to file before 2/28 and take Intuit's offer. However, my Chase offer (taken by logging into Chase website and using their link) whitelabeled my entire Turbotax and I cannot get out of it. 

I have used different browsers, cleared cache/browsing history, incognito mode, different computers, cleared out my taxes and TurboTax STILL shows "Chase" whitelabeling at the bottom. 

How can I reset this?
