How to save a draft return

I use a MAC. Used to use PC in the past 10 years and had no problems saving a draft return.

Now with a new MAC and a Turbo Tax Premier, I could not save a draft. I tried to save it, yet every time I open the Turbot tax, all my data disappear, and have to re enter

Called Turbo Tax for help at [phone number removed] many times, was not able to get a specialist. Need help!!
