I am a non-resident Alien of US who do not live in the US for more than 1 month per year. I sold my property in CA earlier this year after holding it for 10 years. How can I report the capital gain tax using Tubotax?

If you are a non-resident alien---you cannot use TurboTax.

 

NON RESIDENT ALIEN  

If you are a non-resident alien, your return must be filed on Form 1040NR, which cannot be prepared using TurboTax.  You can use TT’s partner, sprintax:
