How to reinstall turbotax 2019 original download was from Costco

your Costco a/c should contain the download so you can download it again.  If you have problems contact TT support.

I have the same issue. Original 2019 Turbotax Premier was download from Costco and I need to re0install it but Costco won't/can't give me access and I don't have the original download file.

Any way to get this from Intuit without having to purchase again?

That worked!  TTax support found my registration and put a download into my account. It's working again and installation file safely backed up.

@stevekerse524  If you used TT online for 2019, just log onto your 2019 TT account,  If you used TT desktop, look on your computer hard drive.

To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the section Your tax returns & documents.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF) or Download .tax file

If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created.  TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.
