How to permanently delete form 3514

Hello,

I'm on the final step to filing my tax returns, and there's an error with form 3514. I thought maybe I qualified for something, and ended up deciding I didn't, so I went back and changed it, and I don't need this form 3514, but every time I delete it, as soon as I click continue filing, it adds it back once more.

I have tried logging in and out, clearing my cache, and talking to a specialist, who had no idea how to fix this.

I'm very frustrated as I had this issue a couple of years ago, and I don't remember how the tech fixed it, but this really should be fixed by now. The same glitch should not be hitting people 2 years later.

The CA 3514 thinks there is information to hold onto. Go back to your CA and go through the Earned Income and Young Child Credit. Let the program figure out that you don't qualify and the form should not be an issue then.
