The TurboTax online account fees can only be paid using a US credit card with a US billing address.

I do not have a US bank account which is why I asked Turbotax to deduct the fees from my refund. They are now asking for the fees to be paid in another way, which I cannot do. What am I supposed to do?

If you do not have a US bank account then the refund cannot be direct deposited. Without direct deposit the pay with the federal tax refund option is not available.
The refund can only be mailed as a check to the address on the tax return.
If you have a US credit card with a US billing address the TurboTax account fees can be paid with the card.
If you do not have a US CC then contact TurboTax support for assistance in paying for the account fees.
