1. Contact your employer 
2. Go online, many employers have an online service to provide documents like W-2.
3. You can try to import it into TurboTax.  (See the process below).
4. Contact the IRS:  If you can t get it from your employer, you can contact the IRS.  This is not an efficient alternative.

   2. You can request a transcript
   3. You must provide your
      1. Name,
      2. Address, city, and state (including zip code),
      3. Social Security number,
      4. phone number,
      5. Employer’s name,
      6. Address, city and state (including zip code), and
      7. Employer's phone number

To import your W-2 you will have to have some confirming information.
