how to file kaiser per diem jobs

if I work for Kaiser Permanente as a doctor and retire become per diem, can I use Turbotax to file my tax? 

If so, is it accurate? which Turbotax version should I get, Home & Business or Premium?

Are they paying you as a W-2 employee or did they give you a 1099NEC?   That is what will make the difference for which software version you use if you are using online software.   If you use the CD/download then any version of the desktop software will work for you.   Every version of the CD/download can prepare a Schedule C and/or Schedule SE for self employment income

If you are using online,  if they gave you a 1099NEC you need online Self-Employed.
