So, starting this year, when I click on "Stocks etc" under "Investment Income", it gives a list if payers, and places to click and enter Interest and Dividend income. But nothing about capital gains. How do I enter this ? Do I have to click "Add Investments" even though the payer is already listed above ? (Why can't they leave well enough alone ...)
You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
Click on the box labeled Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds
That's what I'm clicking on, if you're talking about the page that lists all the income topics ("Your 2024 Income Summary"). But that takes me to the page (I described in OP) that lists all my payers (which it knows from the previous year), and there is no such box there.
