How to enter Foreign dividend and interest without FEIN in turbotax premier online version for 2024? It gives errors in final check

Turbotax 2024 version (online premier) requires FEIN for foreign dividends and interests and keeps pointing out errors in final check. I have tried several options like 00, 11, 99, 1234.. , but nothing works and leaving it blank is not an option either. The older versions had accepted one of the above entries but the new version does not. So need advice on how to resolve this ASAP, please.

If I remember correctly leaving the FEIN blank and then ignoring the error in Review and continuing to the File section will allow you to e-file the tax return.
