How to claim TurboTax Software $10 Credit in Product (Costco)

I have filled out all forms, and plan to e-file in a few days (make a final review in a few days).

Does anyone know how the $10 credit works? How to claim the $10? Has anyone done so?

When it came time to pay to e-file my state taxes, the credit automatically applied to the $20 I owed.

To get your partner discount, be sure to always start on the affiliate partner’s website, such as your bank, credit union, insurance company, or another affiliate like Uber or Lyft. Select the TurboTax link from the partner’s website to access your tax return in TurboTax.  For more information on this, please see our Help Article.

My $10 credit is not showing up though the information with the Costco online order says it should be applied automatically on my first purchase.  I tried clearing my history and restarting TurboTax, but the credit still doesn't show up when I try to pay for efiling my state taxes.  Any advice?

I bought mine from Costco.  The state efile price was automatically $10 less, so I got charged $15 instead of $25.  I didn't have to do anything.  Is it charging you the full $25?

It showed up automatically when I went to e-file.  When you have the option to select Fed and State is showed the $10 credit in small print below.  When Turbo Tax took me out to their website to actually pay, it showed the State charge less $10.   Hope this helps.

I didn't fill out any forms.  My husband picked Turbo Tax up at Sam's.  I didn't know anything about the credit until I went to transmit the returns and when I did it automatically subtracted the $10 from the $25 fee and my credit card was only going to be charged $15 instead of $25.  Even if you know nothing about it you will see it when you transmit your first return.

Purchased my 2022 TurboTax from Costco.  My intuit account shows both the 2022 desktop DIY retail and an individual efile DYI state.  However, I checked the account payment screen and the $10 credit didn’t apply to my state efile purchase.  What’s the claim process to get intuit to send me the $10?
