How to change payment method for a rejected state return so I can file by mail instead?

My Federal return was accepted and two of the three states I filed with were accepted, but the last state (IL) rejected my return due to not having the correct AGI from the previous tax year.

Go back through to the file section and select Mail My return when asked how you would like to submit your return.

Whenever I try and change the option from e-file to mail, TurboTax says I need to change the payment method first, but I am unable to change that off of paying with my return.
