My payment to turbo tax says completed, but my taxes are still pending, how did turbo tax recieve payment when I haven't gotten my taxes?

I've always paid my fees from my refund and I always got my refund on time until this year and this year just like her it said pending payment then I get an email saying they're going to deduct the payment for their fees from my bank account instead of taking it from my refund so it has nothing to do with how she decided to pay they're just having issues with TurboTax
