Where is it asking you how much you paid to prepare your 2022 return? Are you confused by the requirement to enter your 2022 AGI? In order to e-file 2023, you need to enter AGI---adjusted gross income--from line 11 of your 2022 Form 1040.
Where do I find my AGI?

Your 2022 tax return shows your 2022 Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) If you filed a joint return then the AGI is the same for each of you.
Form 1040 line 11
If you are using the same TT account that you used last year, you should also be able to find this number in your Tax Home for 2023
If you are being asked how much you paid when you filed your 2022 return, it sounds like you may be in the Payments section. TurboTax needs to have all of the payments you made toward your 2023 tax liability through withholding, estimated payments, or amount applied from the previous year's refund in order to show the proper payment credits for 2023.
If you elected to have the refund shown on your 2022 return applied to your 2023 taxes, you can find that amount on your Form 1040 for 2022, Line 36, "Amount of line 34 you want applied to your 2023 estimated tax". If you didn't apply your 2022 refund to 2023 taxes, don't enter anything in the box next to that question.
