How many months of the year do spouses have to live together in the same home in 2023 to answer, "Yes, we lived together in the same home?"

If you did not live together for the last 6 months of the year, and you have dependents, this would allow one or both of you to file as Head of Household or potentially take credits if you file separate that are disallowed for couples Married Filing Separately.
