How long for 1099 approval

I have numerous 1099's that I need to handout. I submitted them along with W2's over a week ago. The W2's were approved in 24 hours. The 1099's are still not and say "E-File Processing" in the status column. Anyone else get them approved?

How long for 1099 approval

You don't have to wait for them to be fully processed before giving them out.
