Financial institutions usually have information available for importing into tax software by mid-February.   Sometimes it is visible or available for you to print out yourself from their website earlier than that.

some FIs make a paper copy available sooner. however, that version can not be imported. if they partner with Turbotax sometime later there will be an electronic version of the form that can be imported. Each firm that does this has different procedures to follow to import. you would need to contact them for instructions.
