This is a user forum--not live chat.  You post a question and wait for someone to reply.  Questions can be answered here by anyone who wants to participate, but most questions are answered by either TurboTax employees or a collection of "volunteers" who post and reply frequently.    You can click someone's username and see information that might indicate to you whether you want to  pay any attention to their reply.

We need to know if you want to send your return by mail.  If so, what additional help do you need with mailing it?  You say you printed it already.  When you print a return for mailing it will print with mailing instructions that tell you where to mail it.  Federal and state must be mailed to DIFFERENT addresses.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.

If your problem is that you still want to e-file instead of mailing the return then we need to understand what is preventing you from e-mailing it.  Was it rejected when you tried to e-file?  What message was in the rejection email?
