How do you fill line 2a on form 3520 if gift is from a relative, not a trust?

I received a gift over $100,00 from a relative, and no trusts were involved either end, so I only need to fill the identifying info and Part IV. Since line 2a is just for 'Name of foreign trust (if applicable)' and I have nothing to put in there, is there somewhere else I should fill information about the relative who made the gift? Do I attach more info somewhere? Thank you!

Leave Line 2A blank because it says Name of foreign trust (if applicable).

In looking at the form, it looks like you wound check the box that says You are a U.S. person who, during the current tax year, received certain gifts or bequests from a foreign person. Complete all applicable identifying information requested below(Box 1a information)  and Part IV of the form.

Part 1V is where it asks who made the gift and other details about the gift. Leave 2A blank.
