Hey Turbo Tax Marketing team, 

The 25% off promotion has been on since 2019...Come on. It's still not working? Where is IT? This year my email says offer expires 5/31/22. Perhaps a glitch in the hyperlink...How can we get some help?

This is an old thread from a few years ago.   In any case, and unfortunately, the folks from TurboTax do not tend to read and respond in the user community forum, except for temporary tax helpers who they employ during filing season.

Fellow users likely won't know about your specific email here in the user community and can't do anything anyway, but here's how you can phone TurboTax Support for assistance.
