How do I use the 25% discount I received in an email?

Same here. How do you open a ticket? The support seems inexistent. All I can do is talk to a live CPA, lol.

I did not receive my 25% discount as describe in the email, and I filed about 2 hours before the offer expired.  Please refund that amount.

I was told several days ago that I would be refunded the discount, but have yet to receive anything. This is seeming more and more like a bait and switch. I am highly disappointed.

Same for me, Didnt receive my discount, Actually they dont have a payment review page to verify your payment and discount. After I enter payment details and click continue, the payment was made successfull.

Signed into TurboTaxLive this morning and then filed my return. The 25% discount was not received.

How do I obtain a refund for the discount that was not received?

I did the same thing and I did not receive the discount either. Got a call back from Turbo Tax was on hold or 10 minutes and then they hung up.

Be persistent.  Once you make contact with Customer Service a refund was quickly approved and processed.

Where did you go (navigation wise on the site) to get to the correct area of customer service?

Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Help and Support tab. Select this option than Contact Us. Fill out the online form. You should receive a number for Customer Service as well as a Ticket #. You will need to call this number and speak to an agent to request a refund for the discount.
