How do I update account email if I don't recognize gthe current email attached to the account?

I had my identity stolen a couple of years ago.  I'm trying to gain access to my "various" accounts that someone has either made, etc.  For one of the usernames I don't recognize thre email.  There's no phone number listed.  How can I update the number and email when it asks me for the current email attached to the account?
