You mean you want to downgrade to a lower version?
You can try to downgrade but you have to clear and start over
The tax forms you receive will determine if you are self employed or an employee for income tax purposes. A W-2 indicates you are an employee. A 1099-Misc with an amount in box 7 or a 1099-K tells the IRS that you are self-employed and Schedule C should be used to report your income and expenses. If you feel that you are an employee but your employer has sent you a 1099-Misc and not a W-2, you can protest with the IRS by filing form SS-8. Until the IRS rules on the issue, however, you must continue to file as self-employed and pay the affiliated self employment tax.
