You are posting from online Self-Employed. And you paid for using the software? Did you file a tax return? Why do you think you should get a refund for that? You have to pay for using the software if you filed a tax return. And if you owe federal tax due, you have no other choice for paying TurboTax----if you are not getting a federal refund there is no other way to pay TT except by credit or debit card.
If you have federal tax due you can pay by mailing your payment with the 1040V voucher, (which has the address printed on it, having the payment taken out of a designated bank account, or you can pay directly on the IRS website.
