How do I start?

You start by entering name and address and other information then you can choose the type of income you have . Scroll down to RetirementSection where you’ll be able to enter the information on the 1099R form. There’s also a section on Social Security benefits so you’d enter the social security there. Then you want to

walk through rest of interview. You’ll need your AGI (adjust gross income) from 2020 to enter for security purposes. You can find it on the main tax form 1040 from 2020 on line 11. That and your driver’s license number will be asked for at end of interview right before filing.

Hope this helps.

How do I start?

You start by entering personal information then continue to where you enter income. Scroll down the page until you see retirement income section . Here you can enter your 1099R form and also there’s a section in there to enter social security information. After entering those forms continue through the interview. You will need to have your AGI (adjusted gross income.) You can find that on your 2020 tax return on main tax form 1040 on line 11. You’ll also be asked for driver’s license for security purposes. Hope this helps.
