How do I sign my Max Consent form after not agreeing but still before I file?

Are you referring to MAX Benefits? If so, can you please clarify, did you decline the add-on and then change your mind and want to add it back in?

I had purchased the Max benefit but when it came to the signing portion I skipped it thinking I would've been able to come back to it. When trying to go back I wasn't able to access that part to sign off on the MAX benefits even though it said I would've if I changed my mind. I still haven't filed yet and was wondering if I can still get it signed to receive the benefits or can I get a refund if not?
