How do I setup a appointment with my tax expert? I was assigned a person but when I try to make an appointment they tell me they cant do it

I was told I had to be on the phone while my tax expert was doing my taxes. I didnt have time for that on the first call so I tried to make a new appointment. When I ask my expert to set it up he says I have to go to the support section on the website to do so. When I go to the support section Im told to speak with my expert
