How do I select to get a paper check in the mail, I was not given the option

You will only be given that option if you are not using your refund to pay for fees. If you selected to use your refund to pay for fees then you cannot get a paper check.

If you asked to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, getting a paper check for your refund is not an option. Did you request that?
