I already submitted and it had gotten rejected but it won’t let me start the process over

No----you cannot "clear and start over" if you already e-filed, even if the return was rejected. Now you will just have to go in and make changes to correct the mistakes. What was "messed up?" We cannot see your return, so please give us some specific details.
