How do I report technical bugs in Turbotax Deluxe 2021?

I experience several technical bugs in Turbotax Deluxe 2021 on Mac. Fields either don't accept keyboard entries or do not display keyboard input. There are several forms that won't accept entries, despite Error messages requesting entry. Other forms don't display the entry despite that cursor is moving as I type in. For example, in Form 1099-NEC, Turbotax won't let me enter the EIN number. As a result, I'm stuck in Error message and I can't file my taxes. When I open the detailed forms, the field also won't let me enter the EIN number directly. The cursor is in freeze despite requested answer. There are other forms, such as home office deductions, where the cursor won't even display the numbers while I enter them, such as total rent for the year. It's poorly built, and I wish TT had a form to report those technical bugs directly with their eng teams. Community is not the right place to report technical bugs. How do I report technical bugs in Turbotax?
