How do i report income reported on w-2 but is considered religious income?

i want to know where do i report retirement deduction? Is it appropriate to use Schedule C to capture some of expenses of home office?

You will report your Form W-2 as the information on the form you received is reported.  Whether or not you can report some of your earnings as self-employment income and deduct appropriate expenses, depends on many factors.  See Earnings for Clergy for more information.
